This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including membership forms, social media, by telephone, by email, via our website www.loft45.co.nz, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.

You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists anytime by contacting us in writing.

We use a third-party billing service ( Debitsuccess Ltd ) to process all bank account debits for membership and App purchases and a CRM company ( Clubware Ltd ) to organise and hold the data we collect.
When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it. However, most Personal Information is or will be stored in client files, which we will keep for a minimum of seven years.
Access to your Personal Information
You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing.
Loft45 will not charge any fee for your access request.
To protect your personal information, we may require your identification before releasing the requested information.
