Trials & Membership

We offer our 21-day trial for a discounted price of $149. This includes a 1:1 starting point session and up to 9 personal training sessions. This gives you enough time to assess if we will be the right fit for you, and there’s no obligation to become a member beyond the trial.

Where it can cost anywhere from $70-$90 for a typical 1-on-1 session with a personal trainer, our small group sessions give you benefit of an experienced PT for as little as $30 per session. Furthermore, both memberships include unlimited access to the gym facilities outside of the PT sessions.

It’s entirely up to you! We offer two packages if you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals. If you decide Loft45 isn’t for you, you can say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to everyone.

You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare.

At this stage, we are solely focused on Small Group Personal Training. All members who join for our PT sessions have unlimited access to the gym as part of this membership.
Group Personal Training

6 people max. This ensures we can provide dedicated assistance as and when you need it.

Each session is 45-50 minutes. We've found this time is optimal for producing results, while balancing peoples busy schedule.

We have loads of 45-50 minute sessions available across the most popular times to work out.
Monday – Friday: We have several morning sessions, the first starting at 6:15 am. We also have lunchtime sessions and after work sessions from 5:30 pm onwards.
Saturdays: We offer morning sessions.
All week: The gym is also open to you to work out independently which is included in your membership.
Our Loft45 app gives you immediate access to the full schedule, where you can book in for the sessions you want.

Yes. Because spaces are limited to 6 per session, it's important you reserve your space.
Once you’ve joined the trial or have a membership you’ll be granted access to our Loft45 app. This app gives you access to the full session schedule, and allows you to easily book sessions and cancel/reschedule if something comes up.
You do not need to book to use the gym outside of session times.

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. You’ll see some fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.

No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We have physiotherapists on site, and our training team works closely with them, so they understand how to work with a wide range of conditions.

Definitely not. Small group personal training ensures that the exercises you do are suitable for where you are personally at and are closely monitored by your coach. We don't believe in burpees that are too complex for many people and cause injury. Instead, we focus on functional movement and weight work that gets results safely. That, and we don't like yelling ;)
