We’re here to do it differently.
After 20+ years in the industry and feeling the difference in each decade in the way the body responds—getting stiffer, taking longer to recover, and needing to train smarter, not harder—we’ve set out to change the way we deliver fitness to everyday people as they move through life.

You’re hurting, we get it.
Your fitness and strength aren’t what they used to be. You’re staring down the barrel of muscle and bone density loss. And what about your mood and energy levels? Wouldn’t it be great if there were a pill for that. Well, scientists believe that if exercise was a pill, it would be the most highly prescribed pill in the world. It’s simply that effective. We’re here to dispense the goods that will help you live a healthy, confident life.
We do it differently
Most fitness programmes are designed for 25-year-olds who are already fit and think burpees are fun. Not us! We've made it our life’s work to redefine the fitness model so that real, everyday people can access workouts that are achievable, work across all fitness levels and make meaningful improvements to their health.
Why personal training in small groups?
It's the most effective way of supporting our clients. With personal training in small groups, you get the attention and coaching of a 1:1 session, the affordability of sharing the session with others, the flexibility in the schedule to book your training around your week, and the fun of like-minded people next to you.
Our experience
We’ve been around the traps for 20+ years and have drawn a wealth of experience in training people of all ages and stages. Our trainers are highly qualified and knowledgeable in managing individual needs, including continuing to train safely through injuries.

To support you in you full picture health journey, Loft45 is also home to other health services including Physiotherapy, Sports and therapeutic massage.
How membership works
Choose 8 or 12 sessions/month
For optimal results, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week. We’ve kept it simple and offer two packages–either 8 or 12 sessions per month–where you decide what will fit in with your lifestyle.
